Snapshot Games

The creator of the original X-COM, Julian Gollop, was about to release a new turn-based strategy game, Phoenix Point. Using Hotjar qualitative data such as user polls and heatmaps as well as competitor analyses and persona ideations, we created specialized landing pages and Facebook ads for pre-ordering the game on Facebook PPC campaigns. Through strategic A/B testing, we grew the conversion rate from 3% to 7% as well as maintained a CPA below their goal.
